Pearl is a beautiful rose gray yearling filly. She is registered ½ Welsh Cob. Pearl stands 13.2 + at 16 months, I expect her to mature at around 14.2 to 14.3. She is one of the most willing animals I’ve ever worked with, second to her half sister Cannon’s Majestic Crystal, both are by my cob stallion Lascaux Tango. Literally in one handful of lessons, Pearl has learned walk, trot, canter, reverse and whoa in the round pen as well as wearing a surcingle, bit, and side reins (loosely). In addition she has been ground driven, and accepted that as easily as she did her gates. To say she is smart and willing is an understatement. She is very nicely put together with nice straight legs and good feet. Pearl has three lovely gaits, with beautiful extension, and the athletic ability to go into any discipline. We will continue her ground training, to perfect what she has learned for now. If you’re looking for the perfect kid safe pony, that isn’t old with issues, here she is. Fancy is a four year old section C Welsh cob mare, imported from Canada . She stands 12.2 to 12.3 hands. Fancy has had 90 days professional training, and been kid ridden all summer. She has perfect ground manners, loves to be groomed. The kids can literally climb all over and under her all day without any problems. Mine have. Fancy is very laid back and easy going, without being stubborn. She will go where ever asked. She doesn’t mind other horses riding up behind her on the trails. She has a great whoa, knows all three gaits, and is steady as can be on the trails. Will ride out alone or in a group, she will walk at the back of the group without a jig one. She prefers an easy walk, but will trot and canter when asked. Fancy jumps nicely when asked, but will only step over things on the trail, unless you make her cater to them. No buck, No rear, and No bite. She is the perfect first pony that your child won’t out grow in a year or two. Fancy is only offered for sale, because she isn’t hot enough to keep up with my Arabians. Livy is a beautiful three year old section C Welsh mare, imported from Canada. She stands 13 hands and has three very nice smooth gates with beautiful extension. Liv is willing to please, and easy to work with. She is a friendly pony with kid safe ground manners. She loves attention; my 7 year old daughter can catch her, halter her in the pasture, lead her anywhere, and groom her all day long. Livy is ready to start under saddle, but we haven’t had time to start her. She is the next one to be started under saddle, and her price will go up considerably as soon as she is under saddle. Livy and her full sister Fancy are almost carbon copies of each other, and would make a lovely driving pair. Fancy is a perfect kids pony, you couldn’t ask for anything more in a kids mount.
